Beware! Scammers!
False and terrible app! They claim to only clean duplicate photos when in reality they just slowly delete all the media on the phone even when there are no duplicates! They just delete everything on the phone, files, documents, photos, contacts - the phone remains empty!!!! Be careful!!!!

Hi! Keep in mind that you have to give the necessary permissions to the app to access the gallery and files on your device. In addition, please be aware that at the end of the cleaning, the app indicates that the files are saved for 30 days in "Recently deleted" on your iPhone. Finally, remember that you need to have the iOS version updated to the current version. Hello Raz, Thank you for reaching out! Kindly note that the app makes a backup copy of all your contacts automatically before any cleaning process. When iCloud is available, this backup is stored there but is also accessible through the AI Cleaner app.To recover individual contacts, please enter into the latest backup and enter into any contact by clicking on its name and clicking Restore. Once done, a green message appears indicating that it has been able to be restored. Please follow these steps in order to recover contacts, a maximum of 10 at a time:Enter Manual Clean - Contacts Click on Backups Click on the date of the most recent backup Click on the name of the contact you want to restore Click on the Restore buttonIf you do not want to recover individual contacts but rather an entire backup, you can revert your phonebook to a previous state by checking the Backups box and restoring it in its entirety.Kindly note that some contacts may include metadata that is no longer supported by the iOS operating system. This might create problems in recovering them from the backup and merging them with other contacts. If during the contact recovery process you experience any errors, we recommend trying to restore a smaller number of contacts instead of all contacts at a time, so you can know which contacts cannot be merged.
