I purchased a limited-time energy package and what followed was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a mobile game. After manually collecting part of the rewards, the event interface disappeared along with the remaining unclaimed rewards. From that point on, I was sent into an exhausting back-and-forth with support. Each response introduced a new explanation that contradicted the previous one. First I was told everything was collected automatically, then that I should verify it by watching my balance, then that there was no clear way to verify anything at all, and finally that a booster supposedly consumed everything instantly. At no point was there clear in-game confirmation, no notification, no transparent reward history, and no consistent explanation. Even worse, support eventually admitted there is currently no reliable way for players to verify reward delivery, which makes paid content feel theoretical rather than real. What made this especially frustrating is that the issue could have been resolved easily with a simple goodwill gesture, such as crediting energy instead of refunding money. Instead, I spent far more time arguing basic logic than the value of the purchase itself. In the end, I received a long, generic apology acknowledging the poor experience, but no actual resolution. Polished words without action do not make up for broken UX and time wasted. If you plan to spend money in this game, be aware that when something goes wrong, you may be left with vague explanations, shifting narratives, and no clear way to prove what you actually received.
