I’m using this app for a couple of years already, not on a daily basis but every once in awhile, but when I do use it, it’s really working well- usually I’m extending my MacBook display by attaching my iPhone to it using this app, and placing my work messaging systems there

First of all, no. I Doesn’t lag and glitches. It works in such an amazing way. It helps me be a lot more productive in video and photo editing (where sync is most important) and if you has an iPad the few bucks that you will use are a lot cheaper than a new monitor or a computer screen. If you reading it, take my word - buy it and you will NOT regret. This is great app. I would pay more...
I really wanted Duet to work

and it did - work, but bad enough to make it unusable.I can put aside the pixelated screens, even mismatched colors, to some extent.but the delay makes Duet unusable. slow cursor movement and delayed commands (mouse and keyboard) makes it unusable for any purposes.I was more than willing to pay for the premium plan, by the way, but after charging for the app itself i understand that you might know that your product is deeply flawed so you've decided to charge upfront for a promise you couldn't fulfill. it's a shame and honestly, feels like fraud.

App simply does not work

I paid for this app and found out it rarely works wirelessly. As of now it has been weeks since I have been able to establish a connection between my iPad and pc. Customer support is useless as i have to keep explaining the very simple problem I have and every time I get a response about something else ( I.e. they ask me about the lag I experience when I clearly have a problem establishing a connection in the first place)Don’t waste your money.
