Do I have to rebuy this app to use it on another phone/pad?

I purchased this dictionary two years ago for my iPhone. Now I would like to use it on iPad. How can I do that? Please guide me. Thank you.

Hello there, You will not have to purchase another license, you would just have to use the Apple ID you used for the purchase and sign-in with it on your iPad and the license should appear. Used to be the best dictionary app but since the upgrade it is awful

I’m a premium member since 2018 and it was my favorite dictionary app, my go-to place to clarify misunderstood words easily and conveniently.But now since their recent upgrade, they added another premium tier which limits my current plan to 5 words a day! And this is although I’m a premium user that pays almost $30/year! So why am I paying so much to be so limited? Very disappointed. Will look for another dictionary and cancel my suggestion here.
