Organize by publisher. Your library can now group into publisher shelves — tap one to see its series, then its issues. Fix details in bulk. Select several comics, or long-press a whole series, and set the publisher, series, year or numbering for all of them at once. Better names from your server. If a folder on your Komga or Kavita server is named awkwardly, Longbox reads the series name from the files inside it instead. Your server knows where you got to. Reading a comic from your own Komga or Kavita marks your place there too, including comics you read offline. Release dates. Comics whose file names carry a full date now show the month, not just the year. Plus a new guide at getlongbox.app explaining everything the app can do, clearer messages when Auto Metadata needs an account, and a number of fixes.

Share several comics to Longbox at once from Files, Mail or Dropbox — they all import together instead of just the last one. A cleaner look: the Home and Search background is now plain black with a hint of your accent colour. Prefer the old comic texture? Turn it back on in Settings → Appearance. Premium members can use any photo from their library as the background instead. Start with a free trial on the Yearly and Monthly plans. Plus a faster, lighter app and various fixes.

Tap "Forgot password?" on the Sign In screen and we'll email you a code to set a new one. • Free readers now show up on the reading leaderboard as they read, without opening Profile first. • Importing skips any file that can't be read and tells you which one, instead of stopping the whole import. • Sharing a comic into Longbox now works properly while you're reading, behind App Lock, and on large files. • Comic servers: the server name follows a corrected address, a quick double-tap no longer adds a server twice, and the Kavita setup steps match the latest Kavita. • Easier-to-read grey text throughout the app. • If you remove Longbox from Sign in with Apple in Settings, the app now signs you out on that device.

Sign-up is fixed. Confirmation emails now arrive reliably, and you'll see a clear "Check your email" screen with a button to resend the link if you need it. Your leaderboard name is your choice. New accounts pick the name other readers see, and Sign in with Apple no longer uses your real name. Open comics from anywhere. .cbz and .cbr files now open in Longbox straight from Files, Mail, Google Drive, Dropbox and other apps. Easier server setup. Longbox now warns you if you paste a "localhost" address that your phone can't reach, and Kavita links keep their key when you tap Test right after pasting. Novel chapters work again. Chapter skip and the Contents list now work in EPUBs from Project Gutenberg, Standard Ebooks and similar sources. Also: deleting your account now disconnects Sign in with Apple too, and the first-place initial on the leaderboard no longer gets cut off.
