NativeCall is not a generic language translator. It is built for the real phone calls foreigners need to make in Japan: restaurants, hotels, ryokans, clinics, customer service, city offices, family, and phone-only bookings.
Speak English, Mandarin, or Cantonese on your side. The person you call hears natural Japanese on their ordinary phone. They do not need to install anything. When they reply in Japanese, NativeCall translates their voice back to your language in real time, with a live transcript in the call screen.

• Built-in keypad during the call — navigate 0120 customer-service lines, 0570 menus, and automated IVR trees without leaving the translator

PRIVACY
• Microphone audio and transcripts are sent to OpenAI (third-party AI) for real-time translation, and to Twilio for telephony — explicit in-app consent is required before every call.
