Ommlo is a collection of quiet tones and noise textures for the moments when you want to feel calmer, steadier, or more focused. WHAT'S INSIDE 24 sound presets across eight categories: - Calm Hands — alpha tones and steady drones for when your hands need quiet - Comfort — brown noise, pink noise, and soft textures for overwhelming moments - Anxiety & Calm — gentle tones and ocean-like drifts for settling down - Sleep — slow, quiet drones and noise blankets for bedtime - Focus — steady tones for working sessions - Meditation — slow tones for sitting practice - Pain — masking sounds for uncomfortable moments - Tinnitus — white and pink noise generators for tinnitus masking 7 pre-composed programs with timed sessions (5–30 minutes) that fade in, sustain, and fade out on their own. Just press Start and close your eyes. JOURNAL Sessions of two minutes or more are logged automatically. A simple three-state check-in (didn't help / neutral / helped) lets you track what works for you over time. A 30-day rhythm chart shows your practice at a glance. No typing required — one tap to rate, swipe to browse. LAB MODE For the curious: a full sound design toolkit. Waveform, frequency, phase, binaural offset, noise mix, envelope, drift, randomness — every parameter exposed. Design your own patterns and save them. Most people don't need this; some people will love it. HEADPHONES RECOMMENDED Binaural beats require headphones — the left and right ears receive slightly different frequencies, and your brain perceives the difference as a gentle beat.
