This investment platform is very well designed and has great potential. I would move my portfolio from my bank account in a flash if the 0.8% yearly commission was reduced nearer to what I pay at my bank (0.1%). (Most banks actually charge various groups of customers,e.g hi-tech,much less than what they advertise)
To be fair, my bank takes $17.5 for every transaction, so INVEST could be better for short term trading of small amounts and my bank better for holding long term.

Good idea, app still needs improvement

Which is more than enough to see that the developers are well aware of the app’s community issues and concerns and are taking care of it.
Looking forward to see this app improve even more!

As I use all of the Pepper apps,
I’m afraid this one unfortunately is the slowest,
Face ID sometimes just doesn’t work on startup, login is very slow and the same goes to moving between pages.
Support is non existent through the app (only relying on the Pepper Banking app support, which currently has a bot replying without any mentions to the Invest app).
Another thing is a bug that’s really irritating - When buying the same stock multiple times, only the latest buy will show on the stock graph, making it impossible to know each position. (Since buying at different times means different prices, those multiple positions shall not be merged).
Overall, the idea is really great, but please make the fixes necessary to make the app great as well.

Here be dragons

It started off well, I was all in and buying stock left and right, and then I couldn’t.

4 weeks ago I started receiving an error message every time I attempted to buy, it was brief, so I pressed the support chat, after answering several questions they said they’re “on it”.

That was 4 weeks ago, I asked them again and again about it, they said they’re still on it.

Now I’m well aware of the corona virus situation, but if they’re on it, why don’t they keep me up to date? Why can’t they fix it?

Tech companies everywhere have a status page for a reason, it shows if they have any issues publicly, it keeps them focus on fixing issues as fast as possible.

This app/company/whatever has no status page at all, thinking about it now, I shouldn’t have used it at all.

After investing thousands of dollars, I made some nice profits, but I had to pull everything out because this app and its support system is insanely buggy.

Be careful.
