This platform doesn’t notify to the clients when it’ll be automatic charges with days upfront (like office does or other apps) and when you ask for refunds and send them all the proof and requests, they don’t answer. At the beginning they’re responding and “magically” they stop and takes them more than 6 days to process a refund for something that wasn’t notified to me.There’s an agent called “Kyle” that I have my questions if it’s just a bot or a real person.
