no cloud sync, really ?

this days not to offer cloud sync is just awkward.

check how its done in postman or Terimus app or many others

Sync database passwords over cloud is a nice idea however, most users will refuse to use the app due to security reason.
TablePlus supports export and import connections as a replacement.
