Wolt Delivery: Food and more 12+

Wolt has always responded immediately to any delivery issues, food order concerns or mistakes, and ultimately given me the best possible outcome! Refunds, credits, and al the while the service person is kind, funny, and very understanding. This is how you treat people! It’s basic human decency.

I’ve tried dealing with delivery of the restaurant directly or Ten Bis - and they truly create more problems for me. I truly wish Wolt customer service could work for other companies in Israel so they can quickly, nicely solve my problems :)

First of all for the last two years i have been ordering from this app almost everyday for the past two days i ordered twice and both orders arrived late the first the estimated time was 25-30 min and it arrived after 1 hour 30 minutes and the food went to wast (15 euros in the trash) I contacted the customer service and the said the order wasn’t late and they can’t refund me the next day same thing the order was placed and accepted by the restaurant but only 15 minutes later the restaurant started working on my order and they sent me that the order will be late after the order was finished the order stayed at the restaurant for 10 until the delivery driver came to pick it up and 25 minutes later it was delivered to me the food was cold and disgusting I contacted the customer service and not only that they called me a lair and denied that the food was late the representative was so disrespectful and mocked me and sent me disrespectful gifs and smiley faces…

The options of restaurant food is awesome- the ease and visuals provided is fantastic and makes ordering so quick and easy. Also the customer support is amazing and only wish we had such service from other service providers which shows- IT CAN BE DONE!!
