As a transfer service provider of World Transfer you can manage your transfers and drivers with this app.
Transfers
Available transfers are displayed in a clearly arranged list view. Take over your transfers conveniently at the touch of a button and view all information on the transfer conveniently and at any time on your mobile phone.
User management
Manage your user accounts via the app.
You can create users as operators and drivers. As operator you can accept transfers and assign them to your drivers. Drivers only see transfers that have been assigned to them.
Complaints/No-Shows
Process your complaints and no-shows conveniently via your app, within seconds. You can take a picture and send proofs directly from the app.
Offline mode
Who does not know this, one would like to look at information about the transfer and then no Internet connection is available. Therefore we save confirmed transfers after each loading for 24h locally on your mobile phone, so that we can display this information to you at any time.
Web version
You can also use this app in a browser on your computer.

- The filter has been extended to include vehicle class.

Profile & Account
• You can now upload a profile picture. It will be shown in the app and shared with connected partners when required.
• Your profile now includes a dedicated email field that can be used for communication.
• The profile area is now clearer: company profile and personal user profile are separated and easier to access.
• Operators can now invite users by email, allowing them to enter their details themselves and create their account independently.
Roles & Permissions
• New role: Dispatcher. Dispatchers have operator rights by default, but can be restricted with granular permissions (e.g. view pricing, take over transfers, access user management).
Reviews
• Reviews are now shown directly in the menu (personal rating for users, overall rating for companies).
• You can now view your own reviews in your user profile.
Settings & Permissions
• The Settings screen now shows your system permissions (e.g. biometrics, push notifications, location, motion, camera/photos) and lets you adjust them if needed.
Support & Help
• In-app support is now integrated: access help content, interact with the support bot, and create support tickets directly from the app.
Pick-up Instructions & Company Data
• Pick-up Instructions can now be managed directly in the app, removing the need for email coordination.
• You can now edit company master data in the company profile (e.g. tax number and VAT ID, including format validation).
Usability & Navigation
• The menu structure has been reworked and grouped more clearly, making key areas easier to find.
Stability & Fixes
• Live tracking is more reliable and less likely to be affected by manual actions.
• Map display has been fixed.
• Improved deep linking from push notifications to bookings (including when the app was previously closed).

- If your drivers do not want to/are not allowed to install apps, you can now use the Share button to share your transfers with your drivers, e.g. via WhatsApp.
- The transfer can only be shared with one driver at a time.
- The share button appears 2 days before the pick-up time and is valid for 3 days from generation.
- Driver events and no-shows can be triggered as normal.
- We have noticed that we can no longer reach some of our service providers by email. If this is the case for you, a red exclamation mark will be displayed in the menu next to your profile. You will also no longer be able to accept trips in this case. Please contact us as soon as possible at sp-performance@world-transfer.com to resolve the problem.

- When a NoShow is reported, the current location is now also sent as GPS coordinates.

- Transfers are now displayed up to 6 hours after the transfer time. Bookings that are between 1 hour and 6 hours old are displayed collapsed at the top. This category can be expanded and collapsed as needed.

- The search for transferred bookings has been improved. This makes it easier to find a specific booking.
