Easy! It's because we've opened a Yango Deli branch in your neighborhood where we store a variety of super fresh and delicious products that are put in a package and delivered to you without unnecessary delays.

Yango Deli is active in several cities in the center of the country: Tel Aviv, Haifa, Ramat Gan, Petah Tikva, Modi'in, Rishon Letzion and more. If we haven't reached you yet, don't worry. We'll probably open a new branch in your neighborhood very soon.

Best food delivery service in Tel Aviv!
We’ve ordered from Yango 10+ times now and every single time we’re beyond impressed with the quality & speed of the service! Everything arrives within 20 min or so and always everything that’s been ordered is also being delivered (as opposed to Shufersal which doesn’t have 50% in stock and as opposed to Tiv Tam which takes 2 hours). Simply fantastic!
Horrible customer service
Yango Deli is great service i used over a year and never got disappointed, deliveries in no time and everything in great condition, but if there’s a problem in your order, you screwed, the customer service is horribly horrible, they don’t care about the customer at all and all they do is giving away coupons that doesn’t gonna make most of us come back to use the service any time soon.
They literally didn’t want to refund for their fault, i ordered a chicken breast and the plastic cover was open, then they refund me and i bought a new chicken, after 30 minutes i got the order with the same issue, after hours over the char they decided to not refund me for the second chicken because “the damage was minor compare to the first one”… ill never use that again.
When a good business meets a bad Israel customer service
Great idea, fantastic product, yet, horrible customer service, which doesn’t care about the clients. If they deliver you a wrong product they won’t refund you, but rather try to give you coupons, until you waste tones of your time arguing over it. They don’t apologise for their mistakes and they don’t make them up to you. It’s all good, until you meet their customers service and realise, there is no service at all, but rather waste of your time. It’s really unfortunate, that Yango Deli was built in Russia on such a good service model wasn’t able to replicate it locally in Israel.
