It was good until first few process and I got good response. Later when the credit team calls you they will not give you any respect and they talk in a harsh way. They will collect all the documents and they make you feel low to yourself by the way they speak to customer. Finally they reject the application saying policy issues and the credit manager says it’s approved. They aren’t clear among themselves. I want to say this to the credit executive member I wasn’t supposed to apply loan but there was some very critical conditions which made me to come to you and apply for loan. Don’t waste time of us.

applied for a Loan for a medical emergency. The entire process took 2 days for all documents and verification. It has been 2 weeks Loan was approved but the amount has not been disbursed there is no customer support have to drop mail wait for 48hr to get response and then no help all are system generated.Looks like this LoanTrap are just collecting document and might do fraud i am going to take appropriate action as applied loan is showing me as active loan but amount not disbursed yet. please do not go with this loan app
