I did believe in this app and now it is giving me what i want

Apx 1.5 year back due to lot of junk eating and sitting habits in exam preparation i attained highest of my body weight 91kg. Nobody likes fat around body and i started with this app. I did exercises started with medium plan and couldn’t continue and restarted. This happened more than 5-6 time. This year i could do exercises I couldn’t even imagine like courtsy lunges coz i have a lot of fat in legs. I finally could be stayed at this apps workout and rigjt now i am in continuous workouts for more than 4 months. Ovio if i did go to gym i could attained my goals much easier. But I couldn’t affort it. So after making my own diet chart i have completed both of medium plans and both of hard 1 and 2 more than twice and i am perfect. Results are insane. I atleast loose more than 500 gms each week. And now i am today at 75 kg. According to my body parameters my perfect weight is 70 kg and i am
Going to achieve that in not more than 1 month. Also i would like to mention that i have added running and a bit weight training in my workout schedule in recent days.

Best for Beginners

As a beginner and overweight person it was difficult for to find a suitable workout app. I tried many of the highly rated apps such as 7 min workout and adidas workout. Even though they were good, I didn't feel them as good for a beginner and I kept finding reason to skip the workout. But after using the 30 day workout app I am eager to continue my workout every day. This app allows me to tune my workout exercises based on my requirements and time constraints. Also the workout music and voice assistance helps me to concentrate on my workout rather than the phone to check the timer. And the best part is that its free. I recommend this app especially to all beginners who are looking for a good app. A million Thanks to the people behind this app.

Very useful

It assigns you exercises everyday and guides you through them step by step. Very very helpful. It's like your own personal trainer.
You can even choose the difficulty level and at the end it keeps track of the calories burnt.
