Suddenly the Sound has Disappeared !!!

Kindly Fix it.
After the app update the microphone sound has disappeared. You can no longer talk or hear the sound from the other side !

Issue with connection

Very first the problem started with disconnecting from network and every time I open app it was showing offline. Then after few hours of struggle I’ve managed to get it on but found the issue is now different. After it gets ready I can see the connection is on and can access the camera view through app but when rotate to left (from camera side) it looses the connection and freezes the view for few second then goes dark. At the same time rotating to the right is ok and doesn’t loose connection. Completely strange behaviour as one can being engineer can difficult to understand what actually is happening. Any help will be appreciated. Should I expect any help here as I know the product is from China Or I just need to throw it into bin? Let me know whatever it is, I’m ok with both. Thanks in Advance…..
