Good app. Works fast with Upnp server.DLNA service is also works well. But cannot download a complete folder, battery drains fast.

It works beautifully with XBMC (Eden) running on openElec. It plays everything i throw at it ( except video files with proprietary codecs like AC3 ).The only problem I have seen so far is that it can only display songs from an album in alphabetical order ( instead of track number order ), even though the Diagnostics dialog for the track seems to indicate that XBMC is sending the track number to 8player. If this is fixed, it will be perfect!Edit: upgrading to XBMC Frodo fixed the track listing order since Frodo now seems to support proper upnp sorting. 5 stars!

One of the best functional media player app with dlna support. I wish the user interface is a bit more clean. But I love the functionality. This is the only app that’s works perfectly with my dlna server and renderes. Great job team
