From past sometime whenever am making calls…pop up comes up saying “ Unable to connect to 8x8”
Worst Support team
i want to mention some of the names of there support team members - danial , sid , gabrial
and there’s 1 lady also i forgot her name these people doesn’t know how to deal with the new clients i tried to get the new 8x8 number of my company but because of these people i don’t get any good response from them even they didn’t pick the calls i had wasted my 4 days because of them please i request to everyone don’t get there number you will face horrible experience and they don’t even provide there Official email they know that everyone will put there complaints
Butter smooth
The only problem i face with8*8 is when the updates are due else everything is top notch with this app.
