1. Download the A3 Charge app and sign up
2. Use the in-app map to Locate and navigate to nearest A3 Charge Station
3. Subscribe to a plan
4. Scan the QR code on A3 Charge Station and pick up your power bank
5. Drop the power bank in any A3 Charge Station nearest to you

Didn’t receive my security deposit back
Their costumer care number is not working and they haven’t returned my security deposit
No refund
I use this power bank service, (worst service ever)
I collect the power bank it’s not charged , it charged my phone only 2 % only and I return it in few minutes and also receive notification that I return the power bank, it charged my 558 rupee amount
50 rupee for subscription and rest is for security deposit which they will return me , but it’s day 18 I don’t receive any amount. I tried there customer service but no response
Awful experience
I found these power banks at beer club, Nehru Place and grabbed one since I had very little juice in my phone. I signed up for the subscription but when I returned the power bank to another location, it didn’t show that I’ve dropped it back. I tried reaching the customer care and nobody responded. They have forfeited my 500 bucks security and There’s no way to reach out to these people. I feel cheated. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
