Aala Cabs 4+

yesterday i had to go rawalpora and i selected the right destination on the app but the driver took me to hyderpora and said we've reached he didnt had any map on. I told him to check the map and take me to the right destination he said i dont know where is rawalpora.
kindly hire drivers who know the exact locations.

This is really good I think first company in Kashmir which does not do unfair trade practice ( for people who do not know what is unfair trade practice, it is a practice in which companies show you a price when you book the ride and when the ride ends the company shows higher price and then they say the starting price was estimated or due to high demand or traffic price has increased it’s illegal ). there service is really good and just one improvement please train driver to speak politely as many talk in rude way and they also do not have patience to wait. I have request to people any company doing unfair trade practice, we need to raise voice against it, best way to raise voice is to write a review on there app.

I’m writing this to warn everyone about the horrible experience I had with Aala Cabs. I strongly suggest not using this app and switching to Uber instead.

I booked a ride through Aala, and to my shock, the driver charged me three times the actual fare. I immediately raised a complaint with their customer care, but that just made things worse. They took days to respond, and when they finally did, all I got was, “We are looking into the matter.” That was over a month ago, and guess what? My issue is still unresolved.

I’ve sent them multiple emails and messages, but they just keep ignoring it. It’s clear that Aala Cabs has one of the most careless and unprofessional customer support teams I’ve ever encountered. They don’t care about their customers at all.

Please don’t waste your time or money on this app. Switch to Uber – they are far more reliable and actually care about customer experience. Don’t make the same mistake I did.
