J&K Bank mPay - Delight 4+

In case of multiple accounts there is no option of choosing a default account…air automatically selects one giving no choice to user to select it….Every time one has to manually change the account in every transaction….

I recently used the JK Bank mPay-Delight app and found the user experience of the money transfer feature to be complicated, after successful transaction the same page shows the balance of the customer which I my humble opinion isn’t a good user experience since most of the user take screenshot. I would suggest either the screenshot feature is fully disabled or if the balance was not shown on the transfer page. I would also suggest an improvement in the overall user experience of the app. Despite having the account statement subscription enabled, I have not received a monthly statement. I hope these issues can be addressed in future updates.

There are numerous bugs I’ll mention some important ones which needs to be rectified immediately
The bill payment to Pdd and PHE nevers gets payed as it always shows error.
The it takes a lot of time to login and make any transaction.
During payment there’s a pop up window which lets you know about success of the transaction but in the background it shows the balance in the account please make it full screen when we make any payment.
