As I visited multiple times I observed that starter iteams are same there is not verity for starter and main course even they test for main course is not good as expected
Overall is ok

This review is on the Manager of Electronic City outlet who has deliberately cancelled my booking on 23 rd Oct 2024, even though I have raised the issue same moment but AB need to teach their staff how to behave with customer specifically with regular customer , I have seen the staff changes over the year in that outlet since I am visiting the outlet more than 20 times . Over few years , but the way the staff outlet manager behaved today its just can’t be expressed in words. AB plz give proper training to your staff , you are in hospitality biz, you are not donating food to customer , customers are paying what they eat. Keep your brand value , just by increasing number of outlet will not grow enough, need to maintain quality and ambience.

I got the order and tasted the food, I did not like it and it looks that food was cooked yesterday and today Owen it and sent it to me, grilled items were not cooked and fish, chicken pieces were not at all cooked properly, dal makani become sweet food and biryani average, I felt totally not fresh food, worst experience I had today with your food, I had a table with my colleagues was on last November time so I felt it was good food and now I wanted to order and have same taste but no idea what was wrong, I throw almost 80%food, better to serve with nice quality and fresh food,and get unlimited customers, but not this way thank you 🙏
