Scammers and Faulty App
First of all the app build is of poor quality nothing on the app works. Previous version was still workable. They have introduced tons of dirt and workout plans which are of no use for following reasons:
- No dedicated dietician and work out assistant
- no customer support
When I first took the plan the dietician called me like after 7 days and didn’t even ask for preferences or anything just said check app your diet is ready. I had to chase them for workout plan which is yet not delivered and it’s over a month. The team is really arrogant and doesn’t even care to reply user after several reminder messages and contacts. I even asked them to refund money but they are unresponsive. Total waste of money and time. These kind of businesses should be sued for real.
Amazing product, TERRIBLE APP!
Spelling mistakes, totalling errors, faulty graphics and lag, sooo much lag. Pre-update it was lovely, the user interface was a bit dated but it got the job done! This new version looks great because of the above mentioned reasons and a few others the user interface is unpleasant. I had never contacted your customer care because I had never faced a problem but I had to last week because of a totalling error, I reached out via your in app "coach" help chat box, email and even WhatsApp and your costomer service is no way near the quality of your product (hardware). It took your guys a whole day to respond and when I elaborated on the errors with all the relevant screenshots, your representative said "we'll get back to you", it's been a week.
Support is the slowest
Team, I have sent two emails requesting support on something wrong after so many days have received an revert to log in using google account? May I know why are you forcing me to use my google account when I have an account using my email. I don’t like to link my google account on apps which I don’t prefer google to know my life style. There is nothing wrong in the same as it’s my choice . You guys are giving me an alternative rather than solving the issue in your app where the password is not being accepted even after multiple resets in password. Shouldn’t it be costumers choice how they log on , why do you have an option to log in with email when it does not work ?
