Multi city booking
Having presence through various hubs across continents and flying across them - your website or app does not have multi city booking available. What if someone wants to fly from India, stay in UAE for few days and fly to another destination? I called the call centre and they said multi city is possible only through call centre….!!! The website and app needs this feature to be added asap please 🙏🏻
Very poor
Please don’t use air arabia flights. Its not updated and i faced too much problems .,i booked one flight through air arabia app and i gone to airport with confirmed air arabia tickets and also i did check in through air arabia app, after i gone there they send me back by saying some new conditions and rules from airport. And the main thing from their office they are not ready to explain the actual problem.
The worst flight experience in my life and never i will not recommend this flight to my colleagues and friends. I cannot give zero star.. thats why only i given one star..
New Version Not Working I Iphone
It showed me there is an upadate. I updated. Again while opening the App it says that there is a new version. I checked the version. Its the same that I have installed.
Again I uninstalled and installed the App. It shows the same pop up.
