I didn’t get otp
I’m trying to register myself on this app but I can’t get the otp please help
App showing inaccurate colours while data is correct.
This is a very thoughtful and convenient initiative by UAE. Kudos for making the process hassle free for even tourists.
However, I recently noticed the app changing to grey, to green and back again to grey, even though the test results are the same (negative) and the approvals from ICA are legit. I tried reaching out to the email id provided, but it said their mail box is full and could not be reached at the moment. The customer care executive also redirected the call to the same menu selection when I tried reaching out on the phone.
Could you please advise how to resolve this issue. Thanks!
Unable to see all users in same screen
I added few users under my number but on iPhone it shows only one user details other members are missing from my app. Please check. thanks
