Allsec Smartpay Mobile Services:
Allsec Smartpay Mobile Services is an unified App and an extended feature of Smartpay Employee Self Service (ESS) portal that helps employees to access their Payroll Information on the move. Features & functionality of ESS are limited in this delivery channel. Access to this service is provided based on the HRO solution offered as part of our services to your employer.
Mobile App functionality may vary depending on the modules configured according to your employer and based on your role or access levels.

Password Issue
I forgot my allsec smartpay password when i enter my temporary password it is again asking for old password in order to change the password, I forgot my old and that is why i am trying to set a new one, how do i change it now ? I am not able to login to my account.
Very Bad Application
Very bad experience with the app as I forgot my old password and by clicking on forgot password it ask old password for creating new password is this make any sense even the team is not responding properly they just make there query form as a chatting app and it’s almost more than 20 days and the team members are still replying on query as that we are working on it and will update u asap. The worst app for payroll service. I request the organisation’s that they should not collaborate with the ALLSEC for payroll services as it is of no use and totally useless application.
Worst app so far I have seen
When I tried to open the app asking to update for new version and taking to a never ending buffering update button in App Store. I guess it will keep buffering for years so that nobody uses it. I don’t want to give a single star also but we cannot post any review without giving system default single star which is mandatory so it is getting single star.
