Disappointed
I downloaded this app a few days ago and took a subscription. My subscription was from a laptop and not my phone. My account was debited with ₹100 and it reflected on my altbalaji acc on the laptop however when I opened my account in the phone, it showed that I didn’t have any subscription and asked me to take a subscription. I tried ways to get the subscription reflected on my phone as well, but in vain.
Today, after 3-4 days of my subscription, when I logged in to my account from laptop, it says that I don’t have a subscription. I had reported the problem I had with my phone, and haven’t got any response yet. I thought writing here would may be help. I am not concerned about my ₹100 but the poor working of app. I took subscription for a reason and now even after paying I am here sitting here without any subscription. I need this issue to be addressed properly.

Hi team,
I had written several mails to you regarding the subscription issue which i guess everyone is facing. Its been one month i have been waiting for the issue to be resolved but i dint receive a single response from your end. I even shared the purchase receipt through mail but nothing was done after that too. Just wanted to ask you guys a question- if you guys dont want to resolve any issue or not even interested in replying any of the mail then why have you created the support centre mail id? And also on the other hand you guys are asking your subscribers for subscription money and when paid there is nothing happening in the app. Any you guys just sit quiet and do nothing. This is a very poor response i got from your end and i am very dissappointed with this.

Extremely disappointed
I have an active subscription which isn’t getting restored. The help says that I can se my purchase history while the purchase date is blank on your app. Even after having an active subscription I can’t play any videos. It’s like paying for nothing. I wrote an email twice on the support email I’d given on your app but your server doesn’t download the email apparently and there is never a reply. I’ve emailed 10 times. I don’t know when will you guys reply , may be after my subscription is over? I tried restore subscription which clearly states invalid. My payment has been decducted from my account and iCloud also shows active subriction. Your help email I’d is completely useless.
