To Do: This section highlights the daily & weekly activities/tasks to be performed by the users. The tasks are added due to the programs purchased by the user, by the experts/doctors or by the users themselves (based on suggestions of Habit Coach or otherwise)
Challenges: Participate in live challenges or challenge yourself to improve your health in a fun way.
Insights: Alyve Health uses the Apple Health app to track the activities and other parameters to help users view insights and trends of their health vitals and activities. The users can also compare their values with that of community members (in an anonymous manner), healthy ranges etc.

User Friendly
The app is actually one stop for the holistic well being of a person. Some of the features I liked about the app are it’s Habit-able and Mind healers program, tracking my progress, various hacks for my mini habits etc also I liked how the app has so much to offer and it comes up with new updates quite often.
