My account was charged, but the ticket doesn't appear in the ticket history.
I bought 4 tickets (worth 300/- rupees) for the riverfront flower show today using this app, they charged me but no tickets showed up. I couldn't get in, so I had to buy offline tickets(worth 300/- rupees). Please refund my money to the original payment method as soon as possible.
Payment Error
I’m trying to book parking lot but at the time of payment error is coming and also payment in wallet is also not adding. So kindly solve the problem.
Update
Please update apple maps because iOS users don’t use google maps and please add more parking area and make navigation better
