There is no management done by the team. I had payed for a slot at 10 number parking which was nearer to the stadium and on arrival i came to know it is full. Then i was informed to go and park at 17 number parking which was more farther. What was the sense in charging money and not providing the parking plot of choice. Even the shuttle service is not good they don’t drop you at the same drop off point and there was no pickup point from the stadium. Poor management and pathetic service provided by them.

This could have been better applicable is ground staff was helpful! App it self is not upto the mark. But the Ground staff is rude for no reason! They should have enough knowledge how to handle mass public! Pro tip! Take a screen shot of your booking! App might just stop working when you have to show the booking and you’ll have to pay again! 🥲Nice referral system btw! ( sarcasm )

At every point there is is unexpected error occurring, trying to book a spot for 2 days and now that I have reached the step of payment, everytime I click on proceed, some unexpected error occurs. Due to this available slots are getting g filled and I will lose out! Such a pathetic try in building this app!

I would rate -5I booked parking near stadium in Ahmedabad and after i done the payment the application shows you have no bookings and these guys don’t answer your calls.Have some shame.So many of them have experienced this.
