Worst brand electronics available in the market. No customer service post sale. No support provided whatsoever. 2 months old TV and display is gone. They say to check app for solution, how will app resolve a hardware issue? Customer care team is useless,helpless and keeps on hold every time contacted because they don't want to hear anything negative about their service. NEVER PURCHASE TCL.

Very bad service . Service exicutves do not attend my calls at all .I reported on 20 July 2020 till now it's panel board is dead in 1 year Now I have to register New complaint because they had closed my case. They just come at your home check the fault and charges 350rs than never respond. I advice others not to go for this TV other wise you will have to suffer like me.
Remote connection

Remote connection is not happening, both my tv and mobile connected to same wifi network, I waited almost 30 minutes and it doesn’t happen. Tried multiple times also. Tried the chat support no proper response even I didn’t get connected to chat agent.
