Ti add country India in list
Sir we can’t find or see india in country list for people from india it’s difficult for us to buy because again and again we have to go in browser to check or track our order. You have opened store in india but haven’t add india in your App Store app from which it will be a lot beneficial for you because people would be directly connected to your rather than using third party app or browser.
It will really helpful if you do this needy requirement hope you understand.
Can’t find country’s name
Though Apple opened its first online store in India on 23rd September 2020, still can't find my country's name among the list in this app. But apple why?
Also many other features like Apple Fitness Plus, iTunes gift cards, iTunes offers, safari translation etc. made available in US or Canada are not available in India. Also the Apple maps & navigation is not working in most of the places here in India.
in fact even though we are paying more than a US customer we can't even enjoy the same privileges. Feels like a 2nd class citizen or something. So Apple please ensure to deliver the standard services for all irrespective of countries.I miss the services like Apple fitness+. Tie up with an Indian startup & make it affordable for the working class. & make the Online store available in Apple Store app too.
Extremely Dissatisfied
I won’t prefer apple phones now onwards. I have an iPhone 6. Now, if I try to download apple support, I get a dialogue box that this application requires ios 13.0 or later. And I have to latest software that is 12.4.2. I cannot get any updates from that. Now, it is even happening in the apple store app. I cannot update the app. And cannot use without updating. And the prices of the phones have reaches the sky. Very less people can buy the latest phones i.e. the 12 series. On top of that, we have to buy a separate adapter to charge the phones + the batteries of 12 mini are just more than worse.
I recently bought Airpods pro from the apple store. I used them for 5 days and now the automatic ear detection sensors are defected.
