This app is a simple and efficient timer for judges in the Atlanta Urban Debate League. The app tracks a series of speeches during the course of a debate, timing each one and signaling (sound and visible cues) the end of each speaker's time. Depending on the skill level of the debaters (set before each round), speech times are automatically determined. In addition, prep time is tracked for each team and is automatically tallied according to which team is prepping to give the next speech.
