Just register your vehicle on their app, will get the service faster if the executive calls you. They’ll reach out to technicians and will assign the nearest suitable.
If we’re calling each technicians then I faced issues like some are not reachable some already left the service from auto aid. Pls make sure the contacts are updated in the app. Other than this everything was smooth.
We’ve to only pay after the service and it depends upon the assigned technician.
