Solution of my problem

I became annual member of BeatO on month of jan 1 week 2021. While purchasing someone from BeatO promise to provide said strips with smart glucometer along with 300 ₹ cash back, I received first consignment of strips but didn’t receive glucometer n cash back. I called n informed immediately concerned person name ...... n BeatO officials. But all were in vain , then luckily I got on other hand this guy Mr Devendra Pandey who not only helped me to send all my remaining stuffs also clear all my doubts with In a day .l m sorry to say that fellow who sold me the product didn’t receive my calls neither reply my messages, before purchasing he called n messages me 10-20 times a day for many days . I really appreciate this guy (Mr Devendra Pandey ) who fulfilled his promise whic was gvn by someone else from his company.

Bug in APP

I purchased the beato smart monitor and strips along with wipes and all that. After using app for one week I found that doesn’t matter how many times you take your reading but in logs it displays only the time you have taken your first reading of the day or date. Example I take four readings a day and my first reading is 7AM then for all rest of the readings it will display same time which is 7 AM or what ever. Customer service told me to uninstall and reinstall but of no use. A ticket was raised and assurance was given that some one will call back regarding the issue and ticket was raised too. No one called back or email me back. As being a developer my self I can tell there is a bug in app and is not fully compatible with all the devices. I am using the app on my iPad Air 2 and iPhone X .Please check compatibility of your device before buying smart meter or any other stuff from beato. I am not satisfied with app and technical support .I request developer to fix this bug according to OS and device or update the compatibility list on you APP.

Privacy Concerns

I have been using this app to monitor my mothers blood sugar levels. It’s convenient, it’s good everything is fine. But the when there’s fluctuations, you will receive call from an executive enquiring and confirming the changes. This clear means, the reading is viewed by their executive. There’s no clause for patients data privacy. I didn’t authorised them to share and read my data; let alone asking a call back from them! This is a huge breach in data privacy policy. Either mention these things clearly or let the use decide if they want to be contacted by the tele-executives. Being working in a govt hospital setup such as AIIMS, I would definitely not recommend this device to any of my patients and warm the one who are using it.

Update: even after mailing the customer care and they assuring me that my number will be removed, they have not. This shows how dubious this company is and not at all concerned about their customers privacy. Stay away from them unless you want to get constantly harnessed by them.
