First of all, i want to give ZERO star. I am writing this review after trying Thyrocare twice in a week. First i booked a blood test and no one turned up for collection. After a lot of follow-ups i have to take that outside. Thyrocare promised next time the experience will be good and there was some issues. I booked another test today and had the same experience, at last they stopped responding and again i have to take it outside after wasting time and efforts with Thyrocare.Why do you take requests when you can't fulfil them and top of it no response also.I am done with Thyrocare and will never request any services from them. I urge other also not to waste your energy with them.

This application has been designed by some school student no basic sanity check, you can’t even register your account. On the address section there is no option to enter character only numbers are allow how would someone type apartment or street address. The state field doesn’t even populate anything same goes for all the field there is a GPS selection option however if you click on that it doesn’t populate anything even if you type the location name. What a pathetic experience bogus app not recommend at all

Digital solutions should bring more customers to your business and not drive them away. This app and even the website does exactly that - drive people away. I had tried the app an year ago and it was not working at all. Thought it could be teething problem and decided to install again. Wow you folks are consistent- it still doesn’t work. Fire your testing team, if you have one. BTW, I was talking about software testing. The diagnostic testing service is still amazing. Hope someone who’s incharge reads this.
