I noticed that my daughter is gaining weight, even though she doesn’t eat junk and go for workout. It is then I decided to take her to my family doctor to get the checkup done. He suspected that my daughter might be having thyroid and asked to get the TSH done. We went to Dr. Lal PathLabs. I am really impressed by their services and hospitality. My Daughter is just 16 years old and going to pathology lab for blood test scared her a little. Seeing her getting anxious, sample collector at the Lab calmed her down and waited till the time she was completely normal. I didn’t rush things at all.

I don’t know whether to complain or not. But I would definitely comment.I booked an online collection from this app today at 10:26 am by making an online payment of 2599₹. When there was no response from anybody except for the email regarding my booking confirmation even after more than 45 minutes I wrote a chat on this app and as expected, we are looking into the matter and a phlebotomists would be assigned soon (this was after 50 minutes of booking). After all this I got a call from their call centre in Mumbai, asking me what time would suit me? I told them since you don’t know what all tests are involved, I would like to tell you that ASAP is the answer as I have not eaten since 9 last night and It’s 12 noon now. In this process I was told that my lead has been sent to Collection centre in Galleria, Gurgaon, for which they did not provide me a phone number. I searched the google and called them. As expected they had no clue about the lead from the app. He asked me to forward the email that was sent to me from Dr. Lal Path labs which allotted my sample collection to them. Is the patient supposed to transfer mails between a app, customer care Centre and the collection centre???? The call centre executive tells me she would arrange a call back from a senior call centre employee. No one calls. Then after 40 minutes some team leader calls but had no clue what my complaint was? They say they can refund my money in 7-10 working days. I say I paid in a millisecond and am am waiting for your sample collections guy to me since 2 hours and I am hungry... and not supposed to get irritated. ... It was my mistake I did not read the reviews before downloading your app. I hope other people do. I think should have food now.

Extremely disappointed with the home sample collection service from Lal PathLabs.We booked a home collection for a Pregnancy Glucose Tolerance Test (GTT), where timing is absolutely critical. After the first blood sample, the patient has to consume a 75 g glucose solution, and the second blood sample must be collected exactly one hour later for the results to be reliable.Despite this, the collection agent, Anjanay, arrived and collected the second blood sample 20 minutes late. Such a delay is completely unacceptable for a test where strict timing is part of the protocol.The report has now come back abnormal, and because the sample was not collected at the prescribed time, we may now have to repeat the entire test. This means a pregnant woman may have to undergo 16 hours of fasting again, drink the glucose solution again, and endure three blood draws all over again, simply because the protocol was not followed during the home collection.What is even more disappointing is the complete lack of urgency and accountability. Diagnostic tests directly influence medical decisions, and negligence in following basic procedures can put patients through unnecessary physical and emotional stress.I expected much higher standards from a reputed laboratory like Lal PathLabs. I sincerely hope they improve the training and accountability of their home collection staff so that no other patient has to suffer because of such avoidable mistakes.
