Warning! Pathetic Hospital

All positive reviews for this app are paid and fake for sure. It could not have been a worse and more misleading experience. We booked an appointment with a Gastroenterologist due to an emergency. My wife was having an extreme stomach pain. We reached the hospital well before time. But after roaming around for 30-35 minutes - the staff kept sending us here there. We were made to stand in queues despite a prior booking. But after waiting in queue for 15 minutes they told us again that we’re on the wrong floor and in the wrong building. The staff had no idea where the Dr was and was rude to us when we raised that as a concern. Finally we cancelled our appointment and rushed to another hospital where we got immediate support. Can’t emphasize how horrible the experience was.
Utterly disappointing

My experience at Max Hospital has been extremely disappointing.Patients are made to sit and wait for unnecessarily long periods, despite being given a specific consultation time. There appears to be no proper queue or token system, and the reception and laboratory areas are chaotic. Patients are left confused, frustrated, and, at times, treated with very little dignity or consideration.What is even more frustrating is that this is not a one-time experience—it happens repeatedly. If a doctor gives a patient a scheduled consultation time, that time should mean something. Patients’ time, health, and peace of mind deserve to be respected.Max is fortunate to be one of the biggest healthcare providers, but being one of the biggest does not automatically make you one of the best.Management needs to seriously look into the patient experience, improve queue management, communication, reception and laboratory coordination, and most importantly, restore basic respect for patients.Please stop treating patients like cash cows and start treating them like human beings who have come to you seeking care.
Helpful but needs improvement

The app has basic functions like being able to book appointments and see reports. But some things need to be improved-* Reschedule option in VC should be removed. It gets stuck on the appointment page and you can’t call or see prescriptions after that.* Not all reports are available. I was admitted in the hospital for 6 days but no documents available in the app for that time.* We can’t correct our names or info. * For a VC, you need to make 3-4 calls just to confirm if the doctor is available. The appointment booking is not efficient at all.
