User unfriendly
When I have to access my records urgently the app makes me go through a loop of ridiculous image selections to prove I am human. Why can’t you make it linked to OTP ? Why do you need to keep logging out the user ?
Great user friendly app works very well for me
I have been using this app for appointments, for my lab records, for my doctor's prescriptions and discharge summary and I must say Artemis has done a great job. The only feedback I have is to please add discount options in the appointment as the discounts are presently only possible if we book from the hospital counter.
Serious Login Issue
Your recent updated app is pathetic. The moment you even come out of app to check something and go back it asks to login again. Patient has to login 50 times a day back and forth for details. This issue wasn’t there before. Kindly check this bug and rectify. It’s very inconvenient.
