My baby was premature and for that reason he was not breast feeding for one month and was on expressed milk. After one month he was asked to be on breastfeed but doctors never told me that I can get help from hospital and no one was with me to support so my baby never breastfed as expressed milk was given and doctors asked to give particular amount of milk at some intervals and my baby became reluctant to milk and bottle itself . I ended up in very difficult situations that my baby is not feeding at all despite leaving hungry for 12 hrs. Cloudnine should voluntarily support for breast feeding though it is full term or premature baby.

Patient is forced to download this app, saying you will get all test reports , scans everything here only. But you get nothing!! To book appointment you can book but then you just keep waiting for consultation to start, keep waiting for hour and be careful as you won’t be informed if doctor is available or not… After getting frustrated when you will call customer support all you will hear is we are sorry, let us look into this, doctor had this reason that reason, etc. There is no way you will get a solution only thong you are left with is you will be asked to cancel appointment then wait for refund for days… Additionally unlike other apps this app doesn’t allow you to write or call in some corner in tiny font when you look closely you will get customer support detail… Pathetic user experience and horrible service To my surprise even 2-3 yrs ago too this is the kind of review patients had written for this app had and am not sure what has been improved since then!!

I have been using this app for over 6 months but a simple improvement like automatically selecting the branch and city of your nearest clinic has not been made. Also when the app can read the doctor that particular patient always consults, I don’t see why the process of selecting that particular doctor cannot be made simpler rather than finding the branch and the doctor each time. These are low hanging fruits and it’s pretty crazy these improvements have not been made. Rest, the prescriptions and report archive is not very reliable. I individually save every online prescription file on my phone archive because I like to stay organised and this app can’t be trusted. In all there are some very low hanging fruits which can make this app much better than what it is now. Hope the people behind Cloudnine Hospital take note.

I’ve been a Cloud 9 customer for 6+years. Astonished that a world class hospital with top notch doctors would have a third grade app!Issues1. No way to book a video appt except thru the app!! For heavens sake!!2. I wanted to appt with Dr Shenoy and clicked Bangalore / Bellandhur. It kept saying ‘No appt’. It would not give me a ‘video’ appt option.3. Called the call center - the guy says you need to update your app4. Checked and it was updated5. Called the Capp Centre again6. Rep says you need to pick your location and book an appt - I said how does my location matter cos I want a video appt. He said your records will be associated with that Centre hence you have to pick a Centre. I asked him if he could help me set and appt. He said No. I’m a working mom with 2 kids. BTW, I’m tech savvy too. I spent more than 45 mins trying to just set up a video appt!!7. Finally, the guys on call says ‘mam Dr Shenoy is available for video call only at Airport road’!!! I asked him - if it’s a video call how does it matter ? He said it did! 8. Finally I picked location as airport road and got an appointment in 10 mins. 9. They charged me INR 1000 for a 5min call. I’m okay to pay cos I love Dr Shenoy. 10. Post the video call, I rushed to the pharmacy but they didn’t have the medicine that doc prescribed - again, no way of chatting and checking even with an assistant !!!My issue is - you made me spent 1 hr for a 5mins call - that’s ridiculous !!!!!Wake up Cloud 9! Fix your tech! If not for Dr Shenoy - I would never visit your clinic or use your app ever again!
