Loved the music feature.

So Im going through rough phase from about 3 years now. I’ve been clinically depressed for 2 years. Taking therapy and one day I came across this lovely application and then the music feature is just bonkers. It’s so helpful in your healing process. The meditation part is also amazing. This app is helping me a lot and is part of my day to day life rn. Thank you for the developers, the creators, the design team and ofc whoever chose the music. You guys are amazing. Love this app. I’ve recommended this app to most of my friends as well and I’ll recommend others too.

Best app for mental well-being!!

I’ve been using this app for a week now and I can already vouch for it. Totally love the interface and the calming music that plays in the background. The therapy sessions are customised to my issues which makes my experience so much more meaningful and helpful. Not only this, the app also gives me the space to jot down my feelings which helps me connect with myself better. This is an amazing app and I highly recommend using this as your go-to wellness checkpoint.

The best mental health app out there

I recently started using Being, and it has truly been a game-changer for me. The app provides a wealth of resources to help improve mental well-being and mindfulness.
