Edit-Now it is about 6 months and there is no resolution.

Bibox looks like scammers. They allows you to deposit the crypto from other exchanges but does not allow you to withdraw. More than a month I have my opened withdrawals which they are not releasing to intended receiving addresses. One of the worst exchange this is. There is no option to give 0 stars, hence giving 1, though they do not deserve for 1 too. Edited: still they have not resolved my issues. 4 opened transactions of withdrawals are there. The customer service has stopped to reply now. I asked either to release the coins or cancel the orders, but these shameless guys are doing nothing. One of the order is of 05 Jan 2023. They are scammers don’t use this app and don’t deposit anything on this exchange.

Other people also here same as me. I have made withdrawl of usdt more than 1 month. No proper reply from customer care. Very poor service. Since last month same answer coming from Their side technical team is reviewing. Pls wait. How much time we need to wait ? Can’t you solve this small problem? What type of technical team you have ? How much money you have stolen !

you can easily deposit your currency in it but you can not withdraw it. They are scammers and they are getting rich by snatching our money. The customer service is so poor and they don’t care about our funds. App store please remove this app from your stores so that they can not loot other customers.
