Must Improve
I lost 5k+ USDT due to its poor system! Saved one address of some particular address, while withdrawing amount address/network was saved on address book, I choose same address but it went to another network. I think If address and network is saved already, network must be chosen automatically as in Gate io. Otherwise experience is good.
Very very very poor
I have a little assets in Hoo, i try withdrawing morethan 10 times and wait for a month, after a month when i checked it still says processing....
