A handy tool empowering consumers to verify authenticity of an ISI mark, Hallmark and CRS Registration marks on any item or a product. Just enter the licence number/HUID number/Registration number appearing on the product or item and get all the relevant details like name & address of manufacturer, validity of licence or registration, varieties covered in the scope of licence or registration, Brands included and current status of the licence or registration, purity of jewellery article, etc. Got sub-standard product? Witnessed misuse of our marks? Came through a misleading claim of quality? Report these occurrences when and wherever observed through the app. Using the ‘Complaints’ feature of the app, you can register your grievances or complaints on the matters like: poor or sub-standard quality of marked products, misuse of our marks, misleading claims of quality or lacuna in our services. Through a simple user registration or OTP based login, simply select the type of complaint you want to register, fill the details of the complaint, preferably with evidences, through a well-designed and convenient forms and submit. Get acknowledgement of your complaint with a complaint number on your mobile number and email for future reference. Our concerned department will take necessary action on your complaint and provide requisite redressal as per the latest guidelines in place.

Past a week the app is not working. When we enter 6 digit huid and click search the app doesnt show any details. It just gets blank.

While checking the huid it does not display the jeweller name from whom the jewellery was purchased rather some numerical jeweller registration comes up and there is no means to verify this displayed jeweller registration number. So how we ensure this huid is displaying details of our jewellery and that the jeweller has not fooled us by duplicating some other jewellers huid . For consumer it is difficult to verify the authenticity without the jeweller name
