Seamless buying experience, amazing UI
What an amazing app! I was anyway in love with Blissclub products but now that they have launched their app, the buying experience has gone up by multiple notches. Love their shop by size and shop by activity filters. 10/10 recommend.
Good product; Horrible Service
I placed an order and had to keep checking connecting with the team regarding the status of delivery, as it was constantly delayed, the team only responded by saying my order will be delivered “Soon”, After nearly a month since placing the order and constantly following up, I get the reply that it’s not delivered due to a logistics issue and that I should place a new order.
I waited for my order for a month and I got a 2 line reply to my email. No courtesy, no alternative offered, I didn’t even get a call/message update about my order getting cancelled like that.
One Stop Shop for activewear
God, I tried blissclub a year back and I have no shame in saying that more than half of my wardrobe is blissclub clothes. So now that the app is here, some crazy spending is gonna happen 😂😂😂😂
