Version 24.3
This update fixes an issue where the app crashed because of a number of mistakes that I had made. Whoops!!!!
Hope the Block & Flow experience is much better now.

Amazing app and simple app with a few setbacks
This is an amazing apps which was really simple to use it is based on the pomodora techniques the only thing that I would wish to have in this app is the ability to lock out 3 party apps for the period of 25 minutes. That is the only reason I gave this app 3 stars or else I would have give it 5 stars

If you are experiencing any bugs, please do go the About screen, and if you press the ‘Feedback’ button, you will be able to e-mail directly. I do always aim to fix bugs promptly once I am aware of them. Please do feel this option is always available.
I am conscious of the people that use Block & Flow and always try to release a robust , bug free app. Before each release I do spend time on quality assurance, as I do want someone to have a great experience. I do test the app in different timezones around the world, however it is not the same as using the app all the time in a timezone. I do rely on users reporting bugs so that I can fix them promptly.
What motivates me is a deep belief in a person's potential. I truly belief that with a determined effort a person will surprise themselves with what they accomplish. I know this from both my own experience and from the stories told to me by people that use Block & Flow. It really can be life-changing for someone. My goal is to that more people have such an experience.
With the above goal in mind, I am trying my hardest to make Block & Flow an app that will be around for many, many years to come. There are three areas that I focus on:
1 - Keep making the app better and better. Block & Flow needs to keep becoming more useful to the people that uses it.
2 - Create a simple and viable business. I believe the app should live or die by its own sword. If I do a good job then people will see it as good value and pay for it. Equally, if it is poor value, people will not support it, and this will be my fault.
3 - Build an app for a few thousand people that love it. I am grateful for the people that do purchase a subscription and enable me to keep making Block & Flow. The App Store is a difficult market to build a business. However if a few thousand people support and believe in Block & Flow, we will surprise ourselves with what we are able to accomplish one block at a time.
I do appreciate people will have different views on what an app is worth, and being realistic I know some people will not choose to support my app. My aim is to give people a generous free trial, and then if they find the app useful they can choose to pay for it.
