Simply what the doctor ordered! Super App. Love it.

I was wasting too much time on FB and Insta. This app is god send for me. Now I take few hours break daily from games, whatsapp, youtube, snapchat and insta. Insane number of hours i wqs spending daily on my iphone. Now i take regular breaks from my iphone and spend more time on studies and my job. Has improved my focus and concentration by leaps. If you are student, guys, just use it once. You will love it. I have completed high value challenge. Feels great after completing my phone de-addiction challenge. Its like pomodoro timer with a twist. Simply allows you to go cold turkey. Well done developers guys and thanks for making this app.
