I was searching earnings for my mother, found a perfect pair for her and additionally ended up buying a ring for me…the designs were unique and offers were attractive. Because of Goldmine Plan it was easy on pocket.

The websit shows EMI while the app doesn’t. Bangle designs not contemporary. Nothing for working women. Could do with thin gold bangles like glass bangles. Bracelets cannot replace the beautiful classy chudi type gold bangles.
Size is difficult to visualise as the photos are not real. It would be better if real pictures of models actually wearing those is shown.
I ordered a pair of earrings from the site which looked rather big but when I recieved them, it was a disappointment as they were too tiny.
Also on the EMI option- if you cancel the order, the vendor deducts processing charges even though you haven’t bought the piece or even started the EMI. That is not it. If you have placed and order once through EMI and then change your mind for a replacement or size issues, not possible. Cancel the order, and pay processing charges again!
That’s cheating! And also a very stupid process.

They have good designs and craftsmen and had good experience with the initial one off purchase, but I believe the experience stops there and it’s good only for one off purchase. One would expect that as cart value increases the experience come closer to the warm experience that you would get with a traditional jewellery purchase. But the experience here is inverse - customer service behaves as though you are purchasing low value items in bulk, policies on vouchers and cart discounts are unheard of. I hope it improves over time. Callback from Customer Service from escalations was more transparent and courteous, however it was an attempt to arrest the matter and I must provide this as feedback. Bluestone must consider having atleast some traditional jewellery sales folks who have experience in dealing with higher cart values in their service and sales team.
