If your boAt audio product is compatible, it will appear under the “My Devices” section of the app, once paired with your smartphone. You can also access this dashboard to manage multiple boAt audio products.

As signified by the long thread of 1-star reviews of the past few months, it seems every single Nirvana lon user is unable to connect to the app on iOS. The
'Version History' shows many updates in the past including one that was pushed right before I wrote this review, which didn't fix the issue. The gaslighting happens when I see the support for Nirvana lon right inside the app's "Supported Devices" tab. boAt be trolling! Hardware-wise, it's exceptional for all its features offered but the Software support is laughable, except here, it drives me mad! Nirvana lon was a best-seller in the recent Freedom Sale on various platforms, at least realise that and do something. PLEASE!!

App Can’t connect with my headphone even though its connected to my phone bluetooth
I recently purchased a pair of Bluetooth headphones that connect seamlessly to my iPhone. However, I've encountered an issue with the Boat Hearable app not recognizing the headphones, which has been frustrating.
Connectivity:
The Bluetooth connection with my iPhone is solid. The headphones pair quickly and stay connected without dropouts during use, which is a significant plus.
App Experience:
Despite the headphones working well on their own, the Boat Hearable app fails to show them as connected devices. I expected the app to enhance my experience with features like equalizer settings, firmware updates, and battery status, but it simply doesn’t recognize the headphones at all. I’ve tried reinstalling the app and checking for updates, but the problem persists.
Sound Quality:
In terms of audio performance, the headphones deliver impressive sound quality with decent bass and clarity. They are comfortable for extended use, making them suitable for listening to music or taking calls.
Conclusion:
Overall, while the headphones themselves are great, the lack of compatibility with the Boat Hearable app is a significant drawback. If you're looking for a fully integrated experience with your Bluetooth headphones, you may want to consider alternatives that ensure app functionality.

Not Worth It – 0 Stars!
I’ve had a frustrating experience with your app. I downloaded it about 6 or 7 months ago, and at that time, it wasn’t detecting my Nirvana Ion earbuds. Only a few neckbands were available, and I hoped that with future updates, the Nirvana Ion would be supported. After some updates, the Nirvana Ion did appear on the app, but it still doesn’t detect my earbuds. Honestly, it’s disappointing. You’re aiming to compete with brands like Apple, but the app can’t even function properly.
Additionally, I’m facing another major issue – there’s a continuous beeping sound when using certain apps, and it doesn’t stop until I either move away from the app or play music. This is a big problem for me as I rely on these earbuds regularly.
Please address these issues and provide a fix as soon as possible. I paid for these earbuds to enjoy music, not deal with constant beeping sounds and an app that doesn’t work.
