No customer support if u come across an issue in activating the subscription.

Services are good till the time you pay, Later you do not get any support if you land up with issues in getting your subscription activated. You only have the option of writing an email to customer care and you never get response to the concerns you raise nor times prime is bothered to support in resolving the issues you face with. Some subscription get deactivated within your valid period and you are going to loose your valuable money. Think twice on the customer support front before you get to purchase the plan. Tnx.

Myntra/Nykaa coupons doesn’t work

Memberships like zee5 are fine - they work. Coupons for myntra, nykaa etc. doesn’t work at all. I have tried thrice for 3 months (one coupon every one month) they never work. Always getting “this coupon has exceeded its maximum usage error”. I thought coupons are unique for each users but it doesn’t seem that way. Looks like they have some sort of quota arrangements with these brands for these coupons. I Can give there prime subscription a skip next time as they have already lost swiggy from there platform and now these coupons never work. Duh..😣Doesn’t seem a good deal now. Also emailing the times prime support made me realose that they know about these issues but couldn’t do anything about them. As they always have a standard response that we are working to resolve the issue with our technical team. Which is just lame.

Need better and exiting offers

Initially when I had joined times prime last year there were so many exciting and different offers which as a user I wanted to avail. However since the last quarter of this year it seems that neither are any new exciting offers coming up for Gurgaon nor are the previous exciting ones like 3month subscription to HBR etc there anymore. Team please bring in more offers that are not good related. Also for dining experiences can we have options at a similar to cost to what you bring in Bangalore, for Gurgaon?

You may get this offer on Myntra site without Times Prime Membership.I was attracted because of Storytel, Audible, ZEE5 but then Storytel, Audible offer is for new customers not existing .So for me I found only ZEE5 and TOI useful with Times Prime. ZEE5 subscription I can get from ZEE5 website on offer. Why to to subscribe Times Prime for that.If I get Audible, Storytel subscription too free with Times Prime for existing customers of Audible and Storytel, then I may rethink on resubscribing Times Prime.
